The Settle in Estonia Programme is a free educational programme provided by the Estonian state which is intended to help the foreigners who have arrived in Estonia to adapt and become accustomed to local life more easily.

You can see the courses available to you by clicking here. Before registering for a concrete course or seminar, please see whether the course is held online or in classroom.

 NB! Recipients of temporary protection are obliged to participate in the trainings of the adaptation program specially organized for them: A1-level Estonian language training and 1-day adaptation training. Registration and trainings are ongoing, see here for more information on adaptation training and here for more information on language training.

The Police and Border Guard Board is seinding notifications to the beneficiaries of temporary protection by e-mail with instructions on how to join the course. More information is available here
