Experience from previous online job fair Work in Estonia shows that more than half of jobseekers attended the event were from the European Union (especially Spain, Portugal, Italy, France) and the rest from outside European Union. Total number of candidates in last year job fair was 911. The average participant was 25-44 years old, with a higher education and has more than 5 years of work experience.
HOW TO PARTICIPATE?
You may, without leaving your office:
- Create an Exhibitor account or log in if you have account already
- create / update your company profile
- promote your job vacancies all over Europe
- schedule and conduct online recruitment interviews with pre-selected candidates on the event day (via “Chat” or Skype)
- interact with potential candidates on a one-to-one chat.
